Hiranmoy Dasgupta Foundation (“HMDG” Foundation) is working to deliver healthcare, Women empowerment and Child Education interventions to underprivileged communities in rural Haryana. The organization was founded in 2011 in Palwal to serve deprived community. The Foundation under the consultative status of the United Nations Economics and Social Council “ECOSOC” working on Women empowerment, Reproductive Health and Child Education. The Foundation, through its social interventions and with its planned social enterprises, work towards mission to fight for inequality in Haryana, recognizing the inalienable right of every individual to a life of dignity economic opportunity and social justice.

What We Do

Healthcare Program

Hiranmoy Dasgupta Foundation’s journey began with Golden Hospital at Palwal which is small district in Haryana and surrounded by over 100 villages, and healthcare remains a key area of focus to this day. The foundation leverages the expertise of the Golden Hospital team in areas such as women’s reproductive health, tuberculosis, HIV, and cancer, and works towards raising awareness about preventing and managing these diseases.​

Women Empowerment

Hiranmoy Dasgupta Foundation is working for women empowerment program. Foundation wants to bring lot of changes in the society for rural and under served women population and continuing their effort to reach the goal. Through its women empowerment programs, the HMDG foundation aims to drive economic empowerment for women by ensuring that they work in a safe, secure and positive environment not only inside the workplace, but also their homes. The HMDG foundation helps Palwal and surrounded village to achieve equality in infant and child sex ratios.

Education Program

At Hiranmoy Dasgupta Foundation, we recognize the power of youth to be the agents of transformative change. In our mission to restore humanity in the pockets of inequality and poverty in our community, the youth remain our great hope and our single greatest source of inspiration. Harnessing the power of youth requires quality education and Haryana has taken major strides forward to achieve our goal. The state is below the national average in learning outcomes.​
